In November I bought a car then went for collection when I got to the branch the tellers were very rude and impatient with me. Then some lady finally called me then she gave me the papers and a key. Then she said go and ask outside were your is, I asked some Sotho guy for directions then he took me to the car and waited with me while waiting for the forklift guy. The forklift guy came with the car after waiting for 20 minutes then left me without even saying anything to me. The Sotho guy helpd me organise the tow van to assist me since when the car had no battery but on the advert they never stated even when I called and asked about the car.

I will never forgive myself for wasting my hard earned money. Bought the car for R45000 last year November from Boksburg. When I got there the car had no battery. After buying and inserting the battery the car didn't even start but it was listed that it was starting. I took the car to 3 different mechanics, 3 of them told me that the engine was stripped and the new one would be needed. If they stated that the engine was stripped like they do to other cars I wouldn't have wasted my money. Would have saved it for my kids tuition fees since I'm a single parent. When you call they are very rude. Since November the car is under the tree doing nothing while I struggle with my kids every morning using public transport while I bought a car.

I cry myself to sleep every night thinking of my R45 000 that took me 2 years to save.
