Last week i saw a car that i like on SMD online on Timed auctions. I placed a bid on that car only to find out later on that someone placed a higer bid than me. I then decided i wont bother because i suspected it could be of their people who keeps on placing a bit to get the customers to bid more money eventually them selling the car with a high price. Suprisingly today I went to their website & decided i would go to the bloemfontein cars & found that car still on auction at a higher price. I was shocked & my suspicions were confirmed. No one placed a higher bid because if that was the case then the car wouldnt have been there. Am so dissapointed in these people, i just think this is day light ******* & what happened to intergrity? I guess no one has intergrity anymore. I was looking forward to buying a car from them but I guess it was too good to be true. I know now its going to be a struggle to get my money back.

In this case, you were outbid by a client, who did not adhere to our payment terms and did not pay for the vehicle within 24 hours. For this reason, SMD cancelled the sale and allocated the vehicle to the next available sales channel.
