I feel like I've been robed
I've bought a car online auction and the pictures were very misleading compared to what I've seen when I went to collect the car. After all the lady that was assisting was rude and the branch manager and they kept there for hours. In the pictures I told them the car is different to what I've seen with petrol liking and windows broken they shouldn't miss lead people. Now we they are refusing to pay me back and take the 10% which they usually do

Your complaint refers to https://www.smd.co.za/Vehicle/View/BBJ053V .
With regards to your comments on the petrol leaking, this is clearly evident on the floor of the images taken of the vehicle. Further, there are various points marked by the assessors when the inspected the vehicle to point out damage all around the vehicle.
SMD is a salvage company and sells accident damaged vehicles. We believe there was no misrepresentation in this instance, and will not be cancelling the sale.
Kind regards
