I bought a car and two weeks later no paper yet.

I bought vehicle from Smd last week Monday online. I collected the vehicle at Port Elizabeth branch. When I collected the vehicle the papers was not at P.E branch. Today I came to Chamdor to collect the papers and its not here. The branch manager try calling head office and he can't get hold of any one. Yesterday I send email no one rep**** to my email. I'm been for more then an hour.
