Bought a vehicle from SMD Sandton and **** documentation was given to our courier. Upon trying to get the vehicle into our name it was discovered that a duplicate copy of the registration was drawn from Sandton area so we are unable to register this in our name - The vehicle was already in our possession. Have requested they investigate and NO ONE IS COMING BACK TO US.

The vehicle registration as well as copy of your tax invoice was sent to you on the 8th September, and followed up weekly with emails and phone calls - CHECK YOUR EMAILS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Vehicle registration number is ND 118387 - and your very efficient Branch Manager of Sandton Branch as responded .... finally - the rest are useless and dont read emails.

We are still waiting for the registration papers - have sent endless emails - HOW DO YOU SELL A VEHICLE WITHOUT LEGAL REGISTRATION PAPERS? The vehicle was purchased on the 8th September, the insurance company ie King Price then went and requested a duplicate copy fo the registration papers on the 27th September - how does this happen? Did SMD sell a vehicle that did not belong to them? Is this then not *****?
