False information

I recently bought a bike from smd. The vehicle was sold as a code 2 and a 2019 model. The vehicle is a written off vehicle and a 2018 model. I was made a offer on the bike and with the buyers investigation the bike manufacturer confirmed that the vehicle was destroyed and on their system as trace of the vehicle confirms that the vehicle shows as destroyed. They confirmed the vehicle is 2018 and not 2019.

I have in the meantime tried to resolve this issue by getting in contact with them but after all the phone calls SMD is still not able to help me. It is not possible to sell the bike as on the manufacture sustem it will always show destroyed. If this is not resolved in the coming week I would have to take this further by legal action.
