FALSE ADVERTISING SMD SANDTON
On 6August 2021 Smd Sandton had merc CLA AMG 45 on auction.The pics an their description verified it being a CLA45 AMG.Only to find upon towing to Durban that no AMG Features .Ph NMI find its A CLA 200.Contact manager an told nothing can be done.Close representation an their terms conditions.

My question posed to you is what do you define as a close representation? Could close possibly be mistaking a CLA 200 from a CLA 220?But is it a close representation if you mistaken a CLA 45 AMG from a CLA 200 . This indeed is not close at all , those are completely 2 different models with a wide variety of different features .This awfully sounds like complete negligence, and disregard for loyal customers such as myself .

THIS IS NOT CLOSE REPRESENTATION.TOTALLY DIFFERENT CARS WITH DIFFERENT FEATURES AN THE AUDACITY TO SAY WE MUST VERIFY CORRECT VEHICLE.How can a big co like SMD not verify wrongful advertising.So I put a badge C63 on Cla 200 an can sell it at C63 price.Thats a pathetic excuse an ripoff to consumers.AS PER SMD PRIOR TO AUCTION CLIENTS SEND PIC OF LICENCE DISC AN DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE.So how is it a cla200 advertised as Cla 45 amg .During the entire process did Smd not pick up wrong details.Now they refuse to take car an not even return calls.Spoke to manager Michelle in Sandton.This Vehicle is not worth the money I paid.SMD NEEDS TO TAKE CAR BACK BECAUSE THERES NO EXCUSE FOR COMPLETE MISLEAD CONSUMER.CAN A CLA45AMG BE SAME PRICE AS A CLA200 AN THE MILEAGE WAS 148000.I WOULD NEVER BID FOR THAT CAR.I WILL Take this matter to every legal authority because I've purchased many vehicles totalling millions an SMD does this to a loyal customer as myself.This is my opinion .I'm told by Smd i can put vehicle on reauction.Pay again their commission an WHAT DESCRIPTION WILL THIS VEHICLE BE ON THEIR SITE.HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED AN STILL AWAIT Response on MY NUMEROUS EMAILS SENT to MICHELLE.JDM786 .Close description means small misleading advertising. Like cla200 to cla220.BUT CLA AMG45 TO A CLA200 .NONSENSE
