False advertising

<p>Dear Peter , about three weeks ago a bought a chev cruze online, since I know smd sells salvaged vehicles I expected the cruze to have some defects though the body of car was almost spotless and indeed that was the case it gearbox issue. My problem came when I noticed the kilometers on odometer are not the same advertised. According to the adverti*****t the car had 91587km on the clock but after I took it for repairs I noticed that the advertised 91587 km was infect in miles and actual km are 147650 km. And this affects everything ,had knew that was case I would not have bought the car especially on the price I paid.</p> <p> </p>
