False Advertising

I bought an Audi A3 advertised as a 1.2tfsi on an online daily sales at boksburg, and when it got here to Port Elizabeth we found out it is a 1.8tfsi which i did not want, when I queried their service department they told me I accepted there terms and condition which states: "all descriptions given by SMD are a close representation only, smd will not be held liable for errors in descriptions". What do the they mean close representation, if the engine size is advertised incorrectly that is a complete misrepresentation. I will not accept this.
