False Adverti*****t - Mileage

<p>I bought a 2012 Polo 6 1.4 Trendline on Monday the 17th of October on the online daily sales option on SMDs website. The car was advertised with 13 800km on the clock, this was displayed both on the add and in the picture of the dash.</p> <p>Upon receiving the car it was sent immediatelly to the panel shop and all parts was bought. Today i bought a new battery for the car since SMD does not include batteries in there sales. While investigating if all is in order with the car inside, i was shocked to find out that the mileage of the car is at 138 000km and the 13 800km is actually the amount till the next service. This discovery was really dissapointing as i paid quite abit for the car and the main selling point was the low mileage of the vehicle.</p> <p>Please contact me to advise what will be done about this situation, as the add was clearly misleading and also false advertising.</p>
