Dont buy from SMD until u read this

im very fustrated by the service at SMD. i bought a car from SMD in february 2021 and im still waiting for car registration papers. whats worse is the poor service, till today i got no feedback from all the calls and emails sent, This has been a nightmare u cant buy a car without papers as per their terms and conditions you must register the vehicle in your name within 21 days of purchase, as per the Road Traffic Act 1989 Section 14. they are breaching their own terms. if u hoping to buy and sell please be advise its not worth it. u will spend more money in repairing and end up with the car with no papers. they never deliver .u will loose alot unless u stripping cars.

Whats worse the complaints department don't respond to your complaints. i dont wish anyone to go through what i went through. Its a Risk Business they not selling good cars. its one in a million were u will receive a car without repairs. too good to be true. after Bid amounts there's more fees vat and more .towing. repair cost. plus delay in papers even worse no papers after what u have paid in total
