Disgusting service

I am very disappointed with the way SMD has treated me in the past few days. It's been Over 10 days now waiting for registration documents and everytime I go to the branch there are always excuses regarding the papers. Your call center takes over an hour to get through and no one at the branch is willing to assist in checking when papers will be received. The car that was purchased did not state that it had a reg paper delay. Please have someone call me regarding my reg papers as this is disgusting for a big company. My cell is ***.
