Deposit Refund
I requested a deposit refund and and submitted all the documentation as requested by the name Kholofelo. when i call i am always told that it will be paid today and it has been 3 Days now. she always says she will investigate and call back and she never calls back.. I need to know what is really happening why am i **** to and why is SMD Delaying

The refund has been paid into your account on the 12 July 2019 at 19;00pm.
An email was sent to you on the 24th of June 2019 requesting documents from you and there was no feedback from your side, hence there was a delay on your refund request. This was a third party claim where SMD had to investigate to insure that the funds where being paid back to the correct client.
