De*****ed by an employee of R77000 and still waiting for refund / feedback..
<p>An employee of SMD de*****ed me out of R77 000 in February / March this year. I feel if an employee works for the company, the company is repsonsible for the employee's actions - still waiting for feedback. Employee was fired, but in the meantime I'm out of pocket and it isn't exactly small change....vehicle and motorbike were never delivered.</p>
We are aware of your case which has been handed over to the South African Police Services for action. Whilst an unfortunate event, the banking details you were supp**** did not specify SMD as the beneficiary, and after you then paid the money into this third party account, SMD cannot be held liable. This is therefore a civil case between you and the parties involved, please allow the SAPS to respond to you in due course.
