Deceptive information

I am very disappointed with the condition this car is in that was purchased from SMD boksburg online. This is not what was advertised on the auction ! It was mentioned that this car is a starter and it is not , the intake is broken , seats are not for the car and not mounted , gear box damaged, stripped , no spare wheel as mentioned and they refused me to see the in person before i complete the payment.it has chosen not to disclose the pictures of the broken intake and belt off from the engine of the car why?? . The car displayed on the online daily auction is not in the condition I received it .those pictures are old and not clear0 , this according to consumer protection act of 2007 this is false advertising and I'm not happy at all & I'm not settling for this. I have never bought from SMD before and I spoke with Bryan (branch manager) who said he will sell the car and take R7000 I refused.I want my money back.

I am needing a response to what's happening with this matter as I'm now preparing to take this matter further!
