Smd it's a ******** i bid a vehicle last week Smd says vehicle start when i went to Sandton branch to view vehicle does not start i went to the office they told me that thy do cancellation via emails i sent emails i call them yesterday they said i need to pay 10% penalty

We used the e-mail address provided and there was no profile linked to that email address. We used the name and Surname provided we picked up a profile and on that profile there is never any purchase or cancellations. However Sandton and Customer service confirmed during investigation that they communicated with you via the email address provided . The Branch confirmed to you that we do have the key for the vehicle which you thought we did not have and that was clarified to you.
With the 10% penalty fee of sale amount that we take due to non payment, That is stated on our terms and conditions and it has been like that , It is not SMD ******** client However following the process which is stated on our terms and conditions and each client accept those terms and condition before bidding.

28 Mar 2023, 12:49It's seems like u don't know what u say cause u hire unprofessional employer like u as u are liaying now i told you i went to the office to cancel vehicle because your assistance says it's doesn't start the lady at the office she told me i hav to sent emails now because you ****ming people's every clients is complaining about u guy's your services is very poor u running business like a Somalian ****er shop nxaaa
