Cheated on bits and sale price
The car I bought on a online auction claimed to have been sold to somebody else with *** is now for sale again. From R91k on the previous bit w I was cheated on, to a now R105k. **************** to smd customers. No accountability whatsoever from unfair rewarding of bits to changing of prices as they wish. What happen to fair treatment of customers.

18 Jul 2022, 09:11Good Day Sifiso,
Acknowledgement of complaint.
As stated in the email that was sent to you already by our customer service team.
The vehicle was sold for the 1st time on the 1st of July 2022 for R91 500 excluding VAT. The client who this vehicle was rewarded to failed to make payment on the vehicle.
The vehicle was then set on auction again 13th of July 2022 for R131 000 excluding VAT.
Please note the amount on which the vehicle gets auctioned off for is not controlled by SMD but the bidder(SMD Clients) who are bidding on this vehicle.
