Car registration documents

Good Day Hope this email finds you well I just wanted to let you know that i am very dissapointed and have no idea whats going on,

I got these 2 cars from capetown to joburg and have fixed them and cars are ready to go on the road from last week but havent received documents yet, Initally we requested at smd cape town that we want to receive these papers from smd sandton, After 2 weeks i went to smd sandton and they said they havent received the documents and a lady name cloudet said that she requested these papers again, She gave me a contact number and email address to contact her but every time i cal at that number it says not available at present, I sent emails to her but no response, I call at smd and tell them the issue then those people say thay are transferring me to dofuments department and then i just hold and hold and finally disconect the calls witjout speaking any one,

Can someone from smd look into this matter and help me out, If documents are still at smd capetown then please let me know and dont send them to anywhere, i will send my brother there right away and he can collect them. Looking forward to hear something this time Regards
