Car advertised as starter with spare wheel but lie

I bought a car advertised as a starter with a spare wheel on timed auction on 14/01/2016, [URL Removed] I went to Boksburg to collect the car on Monday. I brought my own battery. We try to start the car but it wouldn't start. Just turning over and not starting. There are some loose pipes in the engine and some parts are not broken with no *****s to attach them to place. After more than a hour of trying I go and report to Patrick the manager. He send William to check and same problem. Then he calls Patrick who comes after about an hour of waiting. He checks and it still the same thing. The car won't start, it shows like it wants to start but it doesn't. I tell him there's no way this car ever started since there are some loose parts in engine. Worse the spare wheel that is advertised is not there. The car has only four wheels. I left the car with the branch since it's not what was advertised. I've been buying cars from SMD for a long time, this is the first I was badly treated. A car being a starter determines the price a buyer is willing to pay. This is false advertising. Can you please refund me my money so I can start bidding for other cars?
