CAR ADVERTISED AS STARTER BUT ENGINE NOT WORKING
I would like to express my deepest disappointment with SMD
I am a customer of theirs and for the past two (2) business transactions i had with them both the vehicles which i bought on the TIMED AUCTIONS were advertised as \STARTER"but the one has a blown gasket and the other has a hole in the block.
My complaint is how can SMD deceive their clients into believing that the vehicles starts when the engine is busted.
The second vehicle i bought had extra damages that did not reflect on the pictures
The bumper was knocked and damaged and the car had previously been in an accident and badly repaired (none of which was mentioned on the ad).

I am disgusted by this and feel frustrated to think that i am a loyal customer and to do something like this is really bad business.

I would like to hear their response and what they are willing to do to rectify this matter.
"""
We believe the matter has been resolved following a conversation with our Operations Team and that one of the cars in question was in fact a starter and started by yourself prior to removing it from SMD.
SMD assures you and all our clients that we aim to provide as accurate information as we can at the time of sale for all vehicles.
Kind regards
SMD
