Aaw Come on , not again
Buy a vehicle , pay for towing , and that's it.... no communication as to when it will be delivered etc. When it is eventually delivered , no papers as arranged. Cost me to drive to jhb head office to collect after 2 weeks of deafening silence from boksburg branch (I am in the free state) Get back and find the engine is not registered to the vehicle. Phone calls not answered. And deafening silence again. All I want is a receipt for the engine . The website does state that I can request one Head office and the call centre is fantastic and very helpful , Its when you try get to the branch that things fall apart....

That is a total of 12000 in towing costs (tree state remember) for the manager to look at the wrong engine in the vehicle? Where are your security checks? Do you just take vehicles and sell them without checking this stuff? Look at your archive photos

. There are good experiences as well but I Judge a company by how it resolves its mistakes. Smd fails badly.
