SMD RUDE CONSULTANT AND ONGOING OFFLINE SYSTEM

Gooday, I bid and purchased a vehicle on the 16th of MAY 2023. And i was assisted by a lady by the name of Gilda at SMD SANDTON, whom we had a payment misunderstanding with. She mentioned to the finance department that she could give me a hot slap, since "she told me" that I input an incorrect reference. I was so angry that even when collecting the car, on the next day after having the argument, I wanted to reprimand her the same way she said she would do to me, however my partner pleaded that i should let her go, but next time, (if there will be one), i would appreciate to not be assisted by her. i watched as she assisted most of her clients? customers and it was terrible. Statements like " i wish i could give her a hot slap", could trigger one to give that hot slap and even go beyond to hurting her, so could the manager kindly reprimand her accordingly for next time please?

Secondly, i was rushed to complete payment or else my payments would be "forfeited", and now that i would like to enquire about the vehicle registration details, change of ownership etc, they are saying that they are offline, which i understood. But for 5 BUSINESS DAYS? I then question myself if the issue is really being attended to because they said I should check for the documents after 3 business days, which i checked on the 5th day, so them being online means they jut cannot simply check if the papers are in the building? Kindly attend to the matter please.
