SMD Refund Deposit Issues

I've been trying to get my Deposit payed back from SMD. Cant get through on phones nor is their website active. They have a whatsup number that just sent out random messages about the system being down and that they cant process any client details.

"please note that we are unable to access clients profiles and process deposits due to the error we facing"

"We apologize for any delays, frustration, or concerns this may cause while we are getting our system back online."

This is been going on for more than a week now.
