SMD I want my refund

I bought a car SMD but the car didn't have registration papers.

I bought the car on 6 April the car was collected on 7 May and still no papers. I took the car back to SMD on 23 June as the car papers were still missing and I could not sell the car without the papers. I ended up taking a loan so that I can have the money that I needed.

SMD Is refusing to refund me, they are saying they have now found the papers. I dont want the car anymore, I want my money back, I have lost lost income as a result of their doing while they continued generating income.
