SMD - Bad service

I am really disappointed at this business. I registered and paid my deposit 2 days ago and I am still waiting to be able to BID. I have called many time and send many emails, but no one is coming back to me. The vehicle I was interested in has come and gone, but no-one is assisting me. I have requested my money back...but get no answer.
