Selling Cars Without Paperwork

I bought the vehicle at SMD through online bidding in Durban on the first week of December. When collecting the vehicle I was informed that the paperwork (Log book)will arrive from Headoffice within two days . When I checked after two days they told me that they couldn't locate the Log book and advised me to call Headoffice. I spoke to Jerry from their headoffice on three different occasions with false promises to call me back, his manager is always not available. I have finished repairing the vehicle but can't use it as I can't register it.
