SALVAGE MANAGEMENT DISPOSAL DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS

I agree that SMD has intensions to **** their customers for money. I am a long customer of SMD but the current management has got poor customer service and they do not care about the buyers anymore, I once bought a car on the online auction (VW POLO GTI) the pictures that were posted online really fooled me because only portions with small damages was displayed. When I went to collect the car I was shocked, the car needed to be resprayed the whole body but to my surprise the picture on their online link showed perfect paint work. I was heartbroken and confronted the guy who was taking out the car for me about the paint and asked if this was really my car I bought online? The guy (SMD FORKLIFT OPERATOR) laughed and said “this are the things we see every day at SMD, they pour water on the cars before taking pictures so that the cars appear shiny” I asked the guy if it was possible to return the car and he said to me “these people will take you from pillar to post until the take all your money in the name of Penalty fees” I guess that is the way SMD Operate these days, they want to corn poor customer because they will threaten them using their term and conditions
