Raw deal

Hi,my name is Sipho ,I bought a vehicle at SMD auction on line in May at their branch in Boksburg.when fetching the vehicle ,I was told that papers will be delayed due to lockdown. But in June , I bought another vehicle in their branch at Chamdor . Within a week ,l was called to come and collect the papers.that was when I started to question them about the papers for first vehicle that i bought .in August I went to the branch to enquire again,that was when I was told to fix the car and take it for Police clearance before i can get the papers. On the 9 September i took the car for clearence and i emailed the proof to SMD .but until this day ,I have not received the papers or my money back because i can not be able to use the car or to sell it .
