Pretoria Smd took me to my lowest point.

Today I felt like my lowest point in my life that is how received the service from Smd. On 30/03/2021 went to fetch my car with tow driver from Smd Pretoria at reception saw three people behind the counter waited almost 30 minutes as they will ask me to help but no body did after waiting went to reception in anger ask them am I getting any service then one said can I help you so this person helped me in manner I was not impressed after receiving delivery note went to collect the car what I saw that this guy who brings the car is getting money from people and helping them first asked him to bring my car with attitude he told me I must wait because its lunch time so I waited in anger went to security ask for this person name security refuse to give his name but other person was standing there told me his name is Rampage I don’t know how true is that? so after 1 hour he brings my then they start taking pics but when I asked them there was pic of extra spares from the car I don’t see this person told me go to the manager I went to reception ask for manager at the reception this women told me he is standing out side with customer and his name is Mpho so I went to him told him the situation he told me with bad manners he is busy I must stand on the side so I did that after 20 minutes he was finished with customer he came in side ignored me totally and start working on his computer at this point was very upset left the office pick up the car on tow as we were exiting he came running and ask me everything is ok I said no I came here 12:30 getting out of here by 14:37 how can I be ok and I told my driver to drive as I was already very upset I never see such service in my life where they treat people inhuman very very disappointed and will make sure I will put this on every other media I can what a shameful service.
