Poor service

Don't know what's happening with SMD but having various issues. Refunds, deposit delays, poor information supp**** to their clients. I mail them to inform but the return is not learn or improve, just excuses. They need to improve to maintain business because as a auction retailer they have obligations to their clients. Be sure of what you buying online, if these guys can paint a half a picture, they will!!!
