Poor Service

I was told to deposit the money then I will be able to bid after I realiser I can't bid online they adviced me to send the screen shot together with proof of address and the ID I did that. Then I got the email from them that they sent the problem to the IT department that was on the 4th on Friday up until this day nothing has been made the is no sense of emergency as they know their cars are timed, the car I was looking for the time has passed for it already . I am very disappointed shame.
