No Care

I bought a vehicle from SMD Bloemfontein towards the end of January 2023. There has been no mention of a paper delay but up until this day I have not received the vehicle registration documents. The vehicles license and number plates have been removed by SMD and I cannot register it as I do not have the paperwork. This means I have wasted my money on a vehicle that cannot be used and SMD do not care to assist. When I do get through to the call centre they give me the same story of it being escalated yet nothing comes from that and they do not respond to emails.
