I want my refund

I requested a refund from smd on the 20th online,so they requested my ID copy and bank statement, so the same day they send me a form to sign, I signed it submitted it back. On the 22nd at 15h41 I get an email from Thobile Nkosi asking me to send a copy of bank statement on email, I sent it the same day.. On the 23rd I received an email from Lisolethu Pakathi to send a bank statement which was now the third time I sent.. Can you please give me my refund.. When we pay the deposit to smd you don't want this whole information and there's no hussle but when you have to pay back it's a problem. Smd penalized me for something that wasn't my fault, they took 90% of my deposit because what the photos of the car was saying when I got to Boksburg branch it was a different story and in about a month ago I purchased another car. Now I have to struggle getting my Refund with their games.
