Complaint smd Pretoria online bids

Hi

I bided on a nissan mp300 double cap on Monday this week. I was the only person on the bid ending at 10am which ended up lasting till...I thing 2pm. To my surprise when the car listed as sold, I was told it was awarded to a someone else. The ***. I feel like the is favors when it comes to an awarding of cars at smd. The bid can't go for 4 hours above cut off time been the only bider suddenly when closed someone comes to out bid me. Please investigate and give me feedback.

There is favors there. If there is such why waste our time to have the car on action for the public to bid on.

This can't be a coincidence as the same occurred last year when bided for a 1 series BMW for my wife at the same branch in Pretoria. I even went there and the manager who is a black colored guy made it clear that he has no regards for his customers complaint. I ended been friendly assisted by a junior staff member who was embarrassed the way the manager handled my query.

Smd look into this, as it seem as if due processes its no longer followed in conducting business with customers. I had people complaining about this previously, not knowing that it could happen to me. Address it please.
