Car bought on auction which is not the correct car in reality
I am very disappointed in smd.please find attached pictures of the vehicle upon collection as well as the sales order and proof of payment. Firstly the pictures was taken at the branch in pretoria smd 2018 and left at smd for the past 6 years and was placed on the auction on the 13th of September 2024 but the information was not updated on the add,the pictures on the auction show the car in fair condition then it is currently. It also states the vehicle is starting but upon arrival the vehicle does not start ,the paint work is damaged the entire vehicle has rust the mirrors broken the dashboard is damaged but on auction it still in good condition,the tires are all 4 flat and not movable the car also show on the auction it has a battery but no battery on arrival .it is not my first time I bought on smd I've been a customer for more then 2 to 3 years and have spend more then R500 000 in the company but really this is to much .I require a full refund or credit on my account otherwise I will take this matter to higher authority social media hello pieter and customer consumer act this is really unacceptable and very disappointing and discussed with the service I received. The vehicle is currently still not collected and is still in the premises of smd.

Also spoke to the branch manager also rudzani who says she is not authorized to give a refund and referred me to daya pillay
Daya pillay is not responding my calls or email and Is always out of the office I tried more then 5 times to get hold of him
I also tried to speak to the people om smd what's up service to tell them to get in contact with me but he or she says its not their Job
Today I called again they put me on hold for almost 20min when I called back spoke to a lady called sbongi mapi who has a very bad attitude and Telling me rudzani is in a meeting since 13h00 so she can't help me and was very rude and disrespectful towards me
