Bad service and false advertising

Bad service i bought a vehicle in August only to find out that they is no vin tag on the vehicle i contacted the Durban branch about the matter they send emails saying they will follow the matter but no response on the matter I'm stuck with the vehicle cause i cannot sell the vehicle because of the vin tag and I'm tired of following them
