Bad customer service @smd

I have registered to participate in an online bidding auction i paid R5k for registration i managed to get a car and paid for it in full same day, the following day I've requested a refund of my deposit it was the 8th of October 2019 till today its 23 October 19 haven't received my R5000 back I've call the finance department in head office countless times spoke to Chantelle, Kholofelo and others they all trained to tell lies same excuses. I even visited the Boksburg branch three times still no resolution on this matter.
