Bad customer service

I bought a car on online auction Boksburg branch on 23/04/2024. I sent my husband to fetch it on 25/4/24.When he got there he was not happy with the condition of the car, a lot of damages were not shown on pictures .I sent an email same day and asked them to cancel the sale, I even asked the branch supervisor to escalate the case or penalize me. He doesn't respond to my emails anymore because he do not want to cancel the sale. Its been 3 weeks now
