There is no loyalty with SMD JUST LIES!!

I write this complaint in utter disgust with the service I received from SMD Durban we purchased a Mercedes C240 on the 31st October 2017 Please have a look at my profile with SMD I am a long time standing customer I am not a fly by night customer that buys once off I buy almost every day from SMD on my invoice they sold me a Mercedes benz stating on the invoice that it is a starter car. You can refer to invoice number 757653 I received the car today and there is a knock on the engine. I try to start the car again move it into my yard and it refuses to start. We immediately call the call centre where I was transferred to a supervisor who didn't seem bothered to help me and told me 'Yes it is a salvage car you bought' Yes it is a salvage car which SMD advertised as a STARTER!!! I was than transferred to Bryan Boscher the manager who was not helpful and had a very rude approach to me. He didn't seemed willing to HELP ME LOOK AT MY PROFILE AND TELL ME IF YOU ARE ABLE TO LOOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER I EXPECT A CALL NOW FROM THE DIRECTOR TO SAY THAT I WILL GET A COMPLETE REFUND AND MY TOWING COST WILL ALSO BE REFUNDED TO ME IF I DO NOT GET A CALL BY 12:00AM BE ASSURED I WILL WRITE TO EVERY NEWSPAPER AND TAKE THIS MATTER UP WITH THE OMBUDSMAN RIDWAAN LATIB ********** 404 I.D NUMBER: ********** 224085
