SMD Pretoria West, Margret and Refilwe Makekan

SMD in Pretoria West are refusing to release my car since 10am, Insurance did send them a release letter and marked the vehicle off for release since 10am till nown at 15:00pm we are struggling to get through them nor get our vehicle

a lady named Margaret is soooo RUDE, Refilwe Makena did advise that everything that they needed to release the vehicle they have it but they delaying in releasing my vehicle and after 16:00 the panel beater shop will be closed and i wont have any place to take the vehicle as am currently in Western cape it will ve impossible for me to find a overnight place for my car, already paid the towing guy 2 times for him to go and attempt to take my car but they refusing with it
