SMD GROUP FORD BALLITO ******** IN THEIR OWN RIGHT

I'm writing this review to make the public aware of this dealership and their dealings and I advise STRONGLY NOT TO BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM SMD GROUP FORD BALLITO, I bought a demo Isuzu xrider Model with 7000km on the clock, have messages and screen shots of all dealings including sales rep that advises me the vehicle is in perfect condition, absolutely nothing wrong with it, Well heaven behold after 60000km a performance devise was found on the vehicle which left me almost 2months without a vehicle and almost Over R30000.00 out of pocket due to the warranty issue of the performance devise, fighting my own battle to get this sorted without actually adding drama to my situation with all I had to go through, it was exhausting with no help from them. I tracked down the first owner of this vehicle WHICH MAY I ADD I HAVE A SWORN STATEMENT and a invoice of him advising SMD of a installed performance devise, which was never disclosed to me, but that is not the end of it. They pass the blame on to the bakkie manufacturer, they don't even take any responsibility, the best of all is they offered a vehicle to me even the trade value of my vehicle (for what I so called used and it was my responsibility to get the Isuzu vehicle to them staying 910km away), forgetting i paid extra monthly installments into my vehicle, had no vehicle, extras on the vehicle so forth and they happy to score all the way to the bank, so expect this after sales service even when ford SA t was contacted about their dealership NO CARE. I will not stop until this dealership is discredited with Managers or principals. A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO Isuzu as they have done over and above their Part that wasn't even their doing and I welcome anyone to contact me to see actual facts of what I have just written!!!!!!
