Angry customer

I am super angry at this company I called in to find out how auctions work because I ddnt want to put in my money in something that I do not understand, the lady said to me if I win the bid and I happen to not like the car or I can not afford it then they will take 10% and refund me my money

Now she is telling me that I unfortunately forfeited the money
