Emotionally hurt and disappointed
I am very hurt and disappointed by the treatment I received from SMD Boksburg ,today I went to collect a car(orange Mazda 2 1.3 2010) that I bought online Monday 23/03/2020, yesterday Ms Thobile Nkosi sent me an email to come and collect the car ,when I got there I was sent from pillar to post but a guy at the gate helped me to go to the right department, we queued for 2 and half hours to the invoicing department then after that I was helped given the papers and the vehicle release document then went to the dispatch department, the car was collected by the dispatcher, when I was just seeing my car we went there we checked it we found out that the battery was flat then suddenly a guy came there and said no we can't take this car, the rightful owner is here to collect it ,I was told that SMD was not supposed to sell the car because they where given papers from MFC to not to sell the car anymore and send it back to the lady they repossessed the car from but to my surprise how can I wait so many hours and be given the keys before the car release form from the key department not see that the car has been recalled, my time was wasted more than fours of work I had to rush back to Pretoria to work because I was gone for so long. To my very strangest nightmare when I knocked off at 6 I found an email from SMD notifying me that the car is up for sale,so what is SMD really saying to me ,are they telling me that I have to rebid for the car that I have bought already ,if this is true please tell me why I wasn't called to come and collect it and they can reverse everything and I didn't get the funds back .
