Dont buy from SMD poor customer service

I bid a car on online daily sales car was advertised as a starter go over to finalise the deal i asked too see the car and it was not starting i requested smd too cancel the sale as i feel its false advertising.referred to a gentleman Siya he says he will inform head office and get back to me today by 12 its now 1h30 pm head office has called asking me when am i paying my balance i explain the story to the lady on tbe line she says they never recieved anything regarding my request to cancel.poor service from SMD i have phoned boksburg twice cant speak to Siya .i left a message at 12 for him to call me back still waiting.unacceptable
