Treatment to Customers

I app**** for a loan with SMC finance only to find out it was declined the lady then emailed me and gave other options i paid the once off fee and she had indicated it will only take her 30 minutes i waited for 6 hours she did not answer the phone or respond to emails when she finally does she gives me bad news again i was very angry that she wasted my time so long she then rep**** back with a very rude email and that is not the way to help customers. she even after gave me the go ahead to complain. i wish i could attach the emails but here it is quoted this is what she said: <br> <br> \Nobody forced you into processing further applications. <br> Yes I was unable to respond as I was training brokers. <br> <br> Nowhere do we ever guarantee an approval. <br> You were given FURTHER options which you could chose from. <br> It was either accept our primary institutions outcome
