Such terrible service or lack thereof

I app**** for a loan and was told :<br> <br> We have got 7institutions which we can submit your application however there is an upfront processing<br> fee of R250 to be paid BEFORE your application will be submitted. <br> <br> An outcome is provided within 30minutes and payout takes place within 2<br> hours of signing the acceptance contract! <br> <br> I made payment on August 21st and until today, I have not heard back from them. Sent further follow up emails, to no avail. Called the number numerous times it never gets answered.<br> <br> Is this a **** or what? These people need to be shut down.<br>
