SMASH SCHOOL BAG

i bought a smash school bags in the beginning of the year, the school bag's zip only worked for 2 day's and it was stripped. When i took it back the place where i bought if from they said the consumer will take and repair the bag there is no exchange for a new one it will be fixed. How long this will take nobody can tell me. And with that said my child is without a school bag. After paying almost R1000 for a bag that only worked for 2 days and now being repaired , is the worst workmanship ever.i will never buy a schoolbag like this ever.
