Unacceptable service delivery by Smash Deals

I placed and pais order 54247 on the 10th of September 2024 and lodged an enquiry as per their website on the 17th of September and they sent me an answer that they will follow up my order and give me feedback. Up to today, my order hadn't been dispatched, neither did they gave me any feedback as promised, as well as the fact that they ignore various enquiries lodged as per e-mail, read together with the fact that all their listed contact numbers does not exist or not functional at all.
