Poor service

I joined as a premier member in June and made my first order, the order took almost a month with no communication from them when they came some orders were wrong, others not included , I contacted them and after a week they requested me to send my quiry via their whatsapp number,. It's been two weeks still there is no delivery no reply to my whatsapp my customers are complaining about the poor service I am providing and the fact that they paid for the goods its worse.. I have never sold such a poor service product I regret and want my outstanding stock. Please help
