Bad service, wrong order

|My Girlfrien d started selling this SmarWare goods knifes pots and all. Me supporting her her I placed a order on 30 March and it came 2 weeks after. To my suprice it was the wrong order. I did order a five piece kitchen knife set with stand and I recieved a 3 pice knife set in a bad condition. My girl frien ever since tried to get hold of the lady at *** and no answer she only blue tick my girlfrien ( Sanice Wessels)Even the emails are not being rep**** to. *** Up untill today I am still awaiting my knife set and its not like its free I actualy ppaid for it.
